{"id":18634,"date":"2020-01-20T08:50:00","date_gmt":"2020-01-20T00:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/orange-autoparts.com\/?p=18634"},"modified":"2022-03-24T13:30:22","modified_gmt":"2022-03-24T05:30:22","slug":"la-structure-de-la-bobine-dallumage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/orange-autoparts.com\/ko\/la-structure-de-la-bobine-dallumage\/","title":{"rendered":"La Structure de la bobine d&#039; allumage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bobine d&#8217;allumage \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 un autotransformateur qui peut convertir le courant continu basse tension 12V en courant continu haute tension 15-20KV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon la structure du circuit magn\u00e9tique, la bobine d&#8217;allumage peut \u00eatre divis\u00e9e en deux types&nbsp;: le type \u00e0 circuit magn\u00e9tique ouvert et le type \u00e0 circuit magn\u00e9tique ferm\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les bobines d&#8217;allumage \u00e0 circuit magn\u00e9tique ouvert sont largement utilis\u00e9es dans les syst\u00e8mes d&#8217;allumage traditionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les bobines d&#8217;allumage \u00e0 circuit magn\u00e9tique ferm\u00e9 sont principalement utilis\u00e9es dans les syst\u00e8mes d&#8217;allumage \u00e9lectroniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Structure de la bobine d&#8217;allumage&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Coquille<\/li><li>Borne haute tension<\/li><li>Borne basse tension<\/li><li>Huile isolante<\/li><li>Enroulement primaire<\/li><li>Noyau de fer<\/li><li>Enroulement secondaire<\/li><li>\u00c9lectrique suppl\u00e9mentaire juste<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bobinage primaire : Le bobinage primaire est bobin\u00e9 de 240 \u00e0 370 tours sur du papier isolant avec du fil \u00e9maill\u00e9 d&#8217;un diam\u00e8tre de 0,5 \u00e0 1,0 mm. Afin de faciliter la dissipation de la chaleur, l&#8217;enroulement primaire est enroul\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur de l&#8217;enroulement secondaire et la r\u00e9sistance de l&#8217;enroulement primaire est d&#8217;environ 3,4 om\u00e9ga (80 degr\u00e9s Celsius).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;enroulement secondaire utilise des fils \u00e9maill\u00e9s d&#8217;un diam\u00e8tre de fil de 0,06 \u00e0 0,10 mm enroul\u00e9s autour de l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur du manchon isolant du noyau, environ 11 000 \u00e0 26 000 tours. Afin de renforcer l&#8217;isolation et d&#8217;\u00e9viter les dommages m\u00e9caniques, chaque couche de fils est s\u00e9par\u00e9e par du papier isolant.
