Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

Orange Auto Parts is a manufacture group which invested 6 plants and sign the strategic cooperation agreement with tens factories.

What is your payment term?

Normally 30% T/T in advance and balance to be paid before delivery.
For small order which less than 10000USD,100%T/T in advance is prevail.

Can your factory print our brand on the product?

Yes. customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.

How is your production management and quality control system?

There are three testing process to ensure product quality.
products 100% detection
The first test: raw materials
The second test: semi-finished products
The third test: the finished product

How about your delivery time? 

It depends.we will deliver the parts within 7-30 days after receiving the advance payment.

Which kinds of shipment do you have?

Orange Auto Parts can offer door to door service and let you free of import process.

If you can import by yourself, Orange Auto Parts will help ship the parts through your forwarder or our forwarder.

Can you offer free samples?

It depends on the sample costs, and the freight costs will not be covered by Orange Auto Parts.

Is your factory able to design our own package?

Orange auto parts has rich experience to design the package box with cusotmers’ own logo, if you have such requirement, Please let us know.
